If you're looking for a gentle exercise that increases flexibility, yoga is a great option. Flexibility exercises such as yoga are great if your joints tend to be achy or stiff. In a study that looked at the effectiveness of yoga as an exercise to manage osteoarthritis in elderly women, researchers found that it provided therapeutic benefits.
Not only can these low-impact moves loosen your muscles, they can also tone your supporting muscles and help prevent injury.

Hi Troy, yoga is very well for people all different kind of ages! My mother started doing yoga some time ago and she feels way better then before she did yoga. She also learned a lot about TCM and changed her diet and looks different at the world. She is more open minded and tries out a lot of things and she is totally into Chinese astrology, she always tells me a lot about my zodiac when I'm over for dinner Roy

Hey Roy and Troy, this is great, I'm kind of in love with yoga and try to do it every morning. Doing yoga is good for my body but also for my mind and it relaxes me a lot. I'm more balanced since I regularly do my yoga sessions. I like that your mum is so interested in TCM and the Chinese astrology, I just read a lot about my signs on www.astrosofa.com/astrology/zodiac. There is also a huge part on Chinese astrology on the site and I think I'm going to try to get further into this topic today. It is very interesting to me to always learn more about these things and eventually about myself. Have a great weekend, Philippa
